Therapy is awesome. But, not everyone needs therapy! That's why I also offer coaching for busy moms through Mom-Centered Coaching, Inc.

So what's the difference?

Therapy involves the assessment and treatment of a diagnosis and is closely aligned with the medical model. That's why you can use your insurance! Therapy is aimed toward alleviating your symptoms and restoring you to mental and emotional health.

Coaching, on the other hand, is geared toward the RESULT you want to achieve. It is much more targeted and focused on helping you achieve a specific goal. In my coaching business,

I help busy moms who want to feel calm, confident and joyful without the overwhelm and guilt.
