Office Hours: Office hours are M- Th between the hours of 8am and 2pm. I do not currently have any appointments available in the evenings or on weekends.
Insurance: I am in-network with several major insurance plans. If you are using insurance your payment will depend on your specific plan. Please contact your insurance carrier for details about your copay, coinsurance and deductible. Please be aware that your portion of the payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Self-Pay: Please be aware that in order to bill insurance I must provide a mental health diagnosis and could be asked to provide additional clinical information. Some clients prefer to pay out-of-pocket in order to prevent this exchange of information.
First Session: The first session is a chance for us to meet face to face, discuss your goals and mutually determine if I am the best fit to met your needs. First, we will take care of the business which includes discussing insurance, completing intake paperwork and signing forms. We will discuss what brings you in to therapy and I will complete an assessment which basically consists of asking questions to get an understanding of your current concerns, symptoms, strengths, supports and and a better idea of how I can help.
I am currently accepting the following insurance plans:
Ohio Healthy/ Optima
Rates: My rate is $175 for the initial session and $150 thereafter. I do not currently offer a sliding fee or reduced rate.
